Hi! My name is Weiya, blogger over at Enjoyer of Grace. Christine is one of the sweetest blog friends I've "met" and I am so honored for her to have me here today! I am super excited to share with you all this little closet makeover that I completed this week. For the longest time, we've I've used this tiny coat closet as a drop-off zone for anything and everything that I didn't have an exact place for. It held our coats, but also a lot of other random items. Over the years, it's become quite a mess and just clutter galore.

A few months ago, I made over a SNIGLAR changing table to become a landing strip for my keys, diaper bags, etc. However it didn't work out quite the way I wanted and it ended up making its way to my son's closet for extra storage.

Once again, my diaper bag and keys were without a home... until now! Here's what my closet looked like before...

Since my husband isn't a big fan of hanging heavy things on the wall, I decided to make a temporary hanging rack using a large piece of plywood that I had lying around in our garage.

Now I have a space to hang both my diaper bag and book bag for our trips to the library.

Beside the rack, I hung a small cork board and thumbtack to hold my keys.

By inserting some paint chips into a plastic frame, I also created a simple dry-erase calendar to keep up with our daily events. I left a space below for any quick notes or reminders.

Lastly I hung a clear shoe organizer over the door to hold items that I'm usually searching for on my way out the door (i.e. sunblock, boogie wipes, lip balm, camera case, mints, hair ties, etc.).

So without further ado, here's the "before" and "after!"

I love this space so much more now and often walk by it just to get a little peek. ;) Thanks again, Christine, for letting me share my makeover! Hope you all enjoyed it!
